NLP THERAPY - 1 HOUR SESSION / 30 MINUTE SESSION
NLP Therapy helps assist an individual with meltdown moments, hard to break habits, emotional battles, behavioral problems, anger management, and reoccurring situational problems. During these sessions, an NLP Practitioner will help the individuals identify the root problem(s) to start the process of elimination. Sometime negative behaviors, habits, triggers, patterns and cycle result from chemical imbalance, toxic people and environments, past/post traumatic experiences and more.
The main point of using NLP techniques on an individual is to get into the sub conscious mind, which holds every memory, behavior, and emotions. Your brain stores what you observe (Vision), What's your aromatic likes and dislikes are (Smell), what audibly interest you (Hear), what draws your attention (Touch), and even memorize your edible preferences (Taste). The mind constantly watches and observes your reality, then sends out notifications every day to make the individual repeat themselves based off assumptions.
WIRED BRAIN DUE TO REPETITION
- When an individual consistently experiences problems, the mind studies the reactions only to make that individual act out the same way.
- When an individual consistently performs the same routine every day, the mind will remind the individual to do it even if they decided to move differently throughout the day.
- When an individual fear, doubt, or avoid certain people, places or things, the mind will categorize these memories as a threat, a phobia, unsafe environment, or unhealthy relationship, which will place limitations on the individual's performance, and will affect the way they communicate with others.
- When an individual start to see repetitive circumstances, experience consecutive emotional flare ups, or behave a little different than usual, internally, the memories, emotions, and behaviors are now wired into the mind, which will influence the individuals mind, body, and reality.
NLP REWIRING MIND TO ORIGINAL STATE
NLP is Neuro -Linguistic-Programming. The NLP practitioner is responsible for helping the individual understand the language of their mind. Everyone has an owner's manual, and everyone is in control of their own system. NLP Practitioners studies and observes, question and investigates, and focuses directly on individuals' identity, emotions, and behaviors using healthy manipulation techniques to help the individual dispose their perceptions, think patterns, and communicative language perceived through others or experience, only to rewire the mind back to its original state. The process is like a factory reset of a computer.
RESULTS MAY VARY
One
should not:
- only use NLP THERAPY for treatment of any known serious life threatening/ non-life-threatening mental health symptoms. And diagnosis.
- Give out personal information that can jeopardize self or the lives of others.
- Share information from external Therapist/Physician/Practitioner
- Set lofty expectations to fix an issue in a brief period. (Some NLP sessions may require additional treatment and regimens to ease or eliminate the issue)
One should:
